To respect everyone’s time, there will be a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. Cancellations without a reschedule are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No call no shows will not be able to rebook. If you can’t make it to your appointment please let me know 72 hours in advance. You may use the same deposit to reschedule ONE additional time. if no reschedule is made within 72 hours of your original appointment time, you will lose your deposit. if you reschedule more than once you will need to make a new appointment and pay a new deposit. by booking you have made the stylist aware of all the processes you have used on your hair in the last 3 years to help in the evaluation of the current state of hair and the process needed to reach desired results. this is very important information and that any information that you retain regarding previous processes will increase potential for damage and the possibility of unpredictable chemical reactions. Chemical processes can cause some damage to the integrity of the hair. There are recommended products to improve the health of your hair, as well as maintaining the results after the service. I have been trained in the service technique and will do my best to create the best results. Therefore, by booking, the client agrees that he/she/they’ accepts all information, suggestions, and recommended activities or treatments provided by the hairstylist and the salon. If you are not satisfied with your service please contact me within 3 days to discuss a redo. i don’t do refunds. anything after the 3rd day will be charged as a new service. The customer hereby releases this salon and its employees from any liability, claims, damages, and demands that may result in injuries and loss.
